Olubankole Wellington, popularly known as Banky W, is a politician and he has been campaigning for the house of representatives in Eti Osa, but unfortunately for him, he lost the election. According to the report that was shared on twitter by Punch, a labour party candidate identified as Attah, defeated Banky W in the election.
According to Punch, Attah won the house of representatives in Eti Osa with a large total number of votes. He won with 24,075 votes, while Banky W got a total vote of 18,666. Banky W is a candidate from the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), while Attah is from the Labour Party (LP).
Attah was announced the winner by the INEC retuning officer identified as Prof Funmilayo Odukoya. He made the declaration on Sunday at the collation centre in Lagos state, Model Nursery and Primary School, Marwa, Lekki 1. Kindly share your reactions via the comment section below.
