Why Would Ganduje Who Was Caught Trousering Dollars In Bundles Be Speaking Against CBN – Professor Chidi OdinkaluPopular Lawyer and Human Rights Activist, Professor Chidi Odinkalu has reacted over the consolidated suit by 10 States governors over the naira swap deadline.
It would be recalled that Governor Abdullahi Ganduje is among the governors that dragged the central Bank of Nigeria and federal government to Supreme Court over the naira swap.
Professor Chidi while speaking to Channels Television in an exclusive interview, questioned Ganduje’s position on the development.
According to him, politicians that are against the policies are only after their personal interest.
Hear him “Why would Kano state governor Abdullahi Ganduje who was caught on tape trousering Dollars in bundles be the person complaining about naira scarcity. The fact of the matter is that these politicians who are jumping up and down with complaints about this do not have public interest in view. Nigerians are suffering and at the same time are willing to endure if it is the price they have to pay to ensure that whoever wins fairly on the 25th of this month became president. Whether it is Tinubu, Atiku or Mr Peter Obi, let it be fair and credible.” he said
